The Townhouse overlooks the Menai Straits with Snowdonia Mountain Range as a backdrop, and is only a short stroll away from the intriguing town centre with its great variety of niche shops, hotels, quaint inns and eateries.

The Coastal town of Beaumaris is a World Heritage Site and is renowned for its famous Edward 1st Medieval Castle and Victorian pier.

Accommodation Description

This 5 bedroom spacious character holiday cottage sleeps up to 10 people, 2 of which can be accommodated in the basement bedroom. The accommodation spread over 3 floors consists of 2 king sized bedroom, (1 with en suite) 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a further twin bedded room in the basement.

Ground Floor

• Double bedroom with king size bed and a small en suite shower room (the shower room has a narrow door)
• Shower room
• Sitting/TV room. Comfortably seats 6.

Basement

• Twin bedroom that doubles as a playroom. TV with freeview, DVD and VHS (guests staying in this room need to use the first floor shower rooms)
• Store room for extra freezer, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner etc.

The stairs to the basement are fairly steep, but have a handrail and the door to the stairs can be locked and bolted if very small children are in the house.

First Floor

• L shaped open plan living area, kitchen/dining area and seating area which will seat up to 8. Window seat with sea and mountain views to the side. CD Player
• Kitchen with large range 8 ring cooker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Fully equipped to be able to cook for large numbers/
• Small shower room.
• Separate wc.

Second Floor

• King size bedroom with sea views.
• Twin bedroom.
• Double bedroom
• Family bathroom with bath, wc etc
• Separate shower room

Outside

• Small front courtyard.
• Rear slightly larger courtyard (accessed through rear shower room) with chairs and seating and drying area for wet suits and sails.

This is strictly a no smoking property...there is an ashtray provided in the rear courtyard.

Baby sitting can be arranged on request.Car parking outside the property is free between October and May. Otherwise parking is normally on “The Green” for which we can arrange Temporary Resident Car Parking Application Forms.
