Parc Bwlch is an absolutely fabulous house if you are looking for bags of space, comfort, relaxation and privacy. The house is simply a joy and is complimented by the most wonderful spacious gardens at the front and rear, with church pews randomly hidden away in unlikely corners creating an Enid Blyton atmosphere and encouraging all ages to engage in a game of "hide and seek". There is masses of parking areas for cars and boats and the resorts of Benllech, Red Wharf Bay and Moelfre are only minutes away. Benllech which is the nearest, is only 1 mile away by foot, and is famous for its Blue Flag Beach as well as having lots of cafes, restaurants and inns there is even a fresh seafood stall in the town where you can purchase lobster and crab straight from the sea. Two of Anglesey's best restaurants are in Red Wharf Bay only a few miles away.
 
Enter Parc Bwlch via the porch where there is plenty of space for hanging coats and depositing walking boots (wellingtons and umbrellas are available to guests for our occasional inclement weather ) and walk into the full equipped country style kitchen, which has a conventional type cooker with 4 ring hob as well as an AGA. There is a microwave cooker,fridge/freezer, 4 slot toaster, a dishwasher and a coffee maker as well as table and chairs. There is a conservatory/sitting room at the rear of the kitchen, which leads into the rear garden and is furnished with coffee table and chairs and an adjoining utility room encloses a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The massive lounge with beautiful views of the garden, has large settees and armchairs,a LCD TV, DVD and DVD player. You then access another smaller lounge or snug having two settees an armchair and a leather pouffee. You can exit this lounge into the front garden. Also on the ground floor is a modern shower room with a loo and wash hand basin as well as a cloakroom. Climb the feature staircase to four large bedrooms, the first of which is the master bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room. A further double bedroom also has an en suite shower room. There is then a twin bedded room, a triple room containing a king size double and a large single bed, and finally a large family bathroom. All bedrooms have either built in wardrobes or free standing chests of drawers and all have garden views. There are a number of well stocked book cases through out the property. Outside there is a beautifully presented large front garden with flowers, trees and shrubs and to the rear is an elevated garden with table and chairs and a double ringed gas BBQ.
This is a magnificent house that you will want to holiday in year after year!

Additional Information

The name Benllech is probably a mutated form of penllech, literally "head slab" or "head rock" i.e. "capstone or "head of the rock" or possible meaning 'on slate' shortened from the Welsh term 'ar benllech'.
