Rose Cottage is a delightful traditional stone terraced cottage nestling only a stones throw away from the centre of the historic seaside town of Beaumaris, famous for the largest of King Edward 1's castles. Building started in 1295 but was never actually completed. The sea front is renowned for its magnificent views across the Menai Straits having the Snowdonia Mountain Range as a backdrop. The town centre buzzes with individual niche shops, boutiques, pubs, cafes and restaurants including a packed brand new modern ice cream parlour. So you can park up you car and spend hours exploring the lanes and alleyways of this character filled quaint town with its pastel painted houses. And don't forget to visit the famous Gaol which is just around the corner from Rose Cottage.
 
The ground floor consists of a contemporary open plan sitting room with a dining area and contains LCD TV with Free Sat, DVD and CD Player. and a comfy trendy suite. The bright and modern kitchen is well equipped  with bar stools and there is a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and a four slot toaster.. The back door then leads to a raised lawned garden with table and chairs, ready and waiting for you to enjoy a well earned glass of tipple at "Pimms o' clock". There is a bath with a shower over, a wash hand basin and a loo in the relaxing bathroom. Upstairs has a tastefully furnished spacious twin bedded room with wall length wardrobes and a double bedded room overlooking the garden.

Additional Information

The name Beaumaris means "Beautiful Marsh" and originates from the location of theBeaumaris Castle site which was built on marshy ground. The building of the castle was started in1295 and stopped in 1320 due to a lack of money.
