Welcome to Awel y Môr, a 5 Star Grade II listed Self Catering townhouse in Beaumaris. The house is situated in a position near the sea front with spectacular views of the Menai Straits and the Snowdonia mountains. Located in the coastal town of Beaumaris, a World Heritage site with its famous Edward 1st medieval castle.

The house is a stunning three story building, with historic and architectural importance. Awel y Mor received the Silver Award for Best Self Catering Property in the Anglesey Tourism Awards 2008 and 2009. .

ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION
A beautifully restored town house with many original features. The accommodation is spacious, has two separate living rooms (one with spectacular views), large kitchen, 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people. The bedrooms consist of three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom (which can be converted to a double) and a single bedroom.

Ground Floor
• Small entrance hall with an inner door leading to the main hallway
• A large living room with fireplace that opens into the dining room
• Large modern well equipped kitchen with table and seating area
• Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer, Washing machine, Iron and Ironing board, Hairdryer
• Small hall and then shower room with wc and hand basin
• A secure courtyard at the rear of the house with seating area and table
• There is a sunny patio area at the front of the house

First Floor
• A large sitting room with stunning view of Beaumaris harbour and Snowdonia Mountain Range
• This room has comfortable sofas and a fireplace
• A double bedroom with en suite shower, wc and vanity washbasin
• A single bedroom with wash basin.
• Off the hall small wc and wash basin

Second Floor
• Two double bedrooms both with spectacular views of the sea
• One twin bedroom, but if required the twin beds can be zipped together to make a large double bed
• A spacious family bathroom with bath, shower, wc and wash basin

Additional Information
• The house has central heating and two gas fires and all bed linen and towels are provided
• There's a TV and DVD player plus a selection of Videos, CDs, books and games available for guests.
• Parking is available close to the house.
• Although the house has a no smoking policy, smoking is allowed outside
• Sorry no pets are allowed

"A great place to see in the New Year, fireworks at the Castle and the tug of war on New Years Day. We all really enjoyed our stay. House very comfortable, well equipped and a great location. Enjoyed the hospitality in Ye Olde Bulls Head too. Will be back".
